MinusG is an Ohio-based brand creating exceptionally delicious sweet and savory baking mixes for gluten-free and allergy-friendly living.
After my own celiac diagnosis, I set out to recreate the soft textures, rich flavors and dependable results I remembered from traditional baking. Today, MinusG helps people with celiac disease, gluten intolerance and food-allergen sensitivities enjoy their favorite baked goods again.
Our mixes are gluten-free, free from the Top 9 allergens and made in our dedicated gluten-free and allergen-free kitchen using carefully selected, non-GMO, plant-based ingredients.
