- Dairy-free / Vegan Butter: Country Crock Plant-based butter, Kite Hill plant-based butter or Earth Balance plant-based butter.
- Dairy-free Sour Cream or Buttermilk Replacer: use 3/4 cup dairy-free yogurt or add 1/2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar to 1/2 c. of dairy-free milk
